Elspeth is a passionate chef and wellness enthusiast who left her corporate job in 2013 to pursue her true calling in the kitchen. After honing her skills at the River Cafe in London and Florence University of the Arts, her culinary journey led her to super yachts and her own restaurant. Personal health challenges sparked her interest in food as medicine, focusing on women’s hormonal health, raw food, Ayurveda and adaptogens. Now based in Sri Lanka, she founded Soul House and creates nourishing, holistic retreats, blending local flavours with practices like crystal bowl sound healing and shamanic healing.
